What is the concept of Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese art of moderate aerobic exercise that benefits both your body and mind. The overall concept of Tai Chi is to allow your body to Flow like a river, while keeping your posture and grounding very Still like a mountain.

 

The American Medical Association describes Tai Chi as "physical movement and mental concentration; it’s purpose is to moderately exercise all the muscles and achieve integration between mind and body."

Tai Chi has been shown to Reduce Stress and Increase Relaxation. It also promotes balance, flexibility, and overall better body awareness.
