It's Tuesday, We begin the week off with the basics Introduction into Posture and Breathing, very important components to wellness. 

Learning how to address your Posture and Deepen your breathing goes a long way in helping you reclaim your range of motion, balance, mental clarity and focus. 

Tai Chi Level 1 is the basic understanding of Energy, Balance and Breathing to help you build the foundation of your Tai Chi Practice. 

For those wanting to learn Tai Chi this is a great place to start.
