You'll learn Tai Chi Yang 24 as a tool of wellness for yourself and your students.
You'll learn fun engaging games and exercises that you can use to provide different outlooks on life.
Instructors will Learn how to Apply The Realization, Committed Effort and Accepting Principles of change to themselves, the community and world, then take what they learn into a class room and relate the importance of being our best for ourselves community and world.
Instructors will be asked to Invest in themselves as they learn The Popular Yang 24, attending follow up workshops to deepen their Tai Chi to be it's most effective.
